AJ Quimby a Lourdes High School student has died of an apparent suicide.

Jenna Johnson Quimby, a Rochester, Minnesota resident, claims that after AJ turned off his phone, he got in his car and raced away. He ultimately made the terrible and final decision to end his life.

Jenna claims that even though they are certain he wouldn’t leave them all to suffer in such a horrible and agonizing way, they are unable to understand why he would do it. AJ Quimby, a sophomore at Lourdes, died in the Mall of America, which is situated at 60 E Broadway, Bloomington, Minnesota 55425. It appears that Quimby committed suicide there. Jenna Johnson Quimby posted the heartbreaking information on Facebook, saying: “Yesterday after school, my sweet baby AJ got in his car, shut off his phone, and drove out of town.

Then he made the dreadful and ultimately unreversible decision to end his life. We don’t know the cause.

We cannot understand why he would want to do this because he would never, ever want to see any of us go through such horrifying and painful anguish. We only know he is gone and that he left us because of his own suffering. Many people like him very much.

We are completely devastated, and I don’t know how to breathe. Please accept our heartfelt condolences as we extend them to you and your family at this difficult time. There aren’t enough words to express how deeply we are saddened by your loss. The news that such a potential being has passed away makes us sad.
