Amber Cook ID’d Lady Who Got Shot in Walmart Shooting by Ronald Ray Mosley Deceased Shooter
Ronald Mosley II has been named as the shooter suspect.
At least one person was shot in an Evansville Walmart by a former employee, who was later shot and killed by police on Thursday night.
At 9:59 p.m., police received reports reporting an active shooter at the Walmart on South Red Bank Road, and they arrived shortly thereafter.
The suspect and police engaged in gunfire inside the store once police were able to enter it. The man was shot by police, who were able to neutralize him; he is now dead from his wounds. The bullets missed the police.
“He was shooting at the officers several times before they could shoot him. We do not currently know how many further targets he shot at. said Evansville Police Sgt.
On Thursday, Anna Gray was accompanied by Evansville Police outside of Walmart.
According to Evansville Police, only one victim was injured; their condition is currently unknown.
Police are still investigating whether the shooting resulted in any other victims. According to Sgt. Gray, anyone with additional information on the incident should call the police right away.
