Billy Horschel is an American professional golfer, husband and father of two, who currently plays on the PGA Tour. He is ranked 78th in the Official World Golf Ranking, OWGR, with 82.5 points.

Despite his drop in the golf rankings, Horschel is a four-time All-American, including three first-team honors, and won the Southeastern Conference Player of the Year honors in 2007 and 2009.

William John Horschel was born on December 7, 1986. He grew up in Grant, Florida, where he attended Bayside High School in nearby Palm Bay. He attended the University of Florida, Gainesville, where he studied track and field. From 2006 to 2009, he played on the Florida Gators golf team in competition with the NCAA. He then earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management.
