Daisy Ridley Husband: Who is Tom Bateman?

Tom Bateman is a British actor and the husband of Daisy Ridley an English film and television actress.

The couple met on the set of Murder on the Orient Express. Daisy Ridley confirmed her marriage to Bateman in January 2023, while promoting Sometimes I Think About Dying at the Sundance Film Festival.

Tom Bateman was born in Oxford, Oxfordshire, to a working-class family. He has 12 siblings, including a twin brother named Merlin.

Tom Bateman attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), where he performed in a production of Much Ado About Nothing alongside Catherine Tate and David Tennant.

He later joined Kenneth Branagh’s company at the Garrick Theatre, where he appeared in The Winter’s Tale alongside Judi Dench.

Tom Bateman is best known for his roles in the historical fantasy drama series Da Vinci’s Demons (2013–2015), as well as the films Murder on the Orient Express (2017)and Death on the Nile (2022).
