Sanji aims to find the All Blue, which is somewhere in the New World. Sanji is definitely a fan-favorite as he continuously manages to rank in the top 10 of the popularity polls. However, there are times when the fans have disliked Sanji for one reason or the other.

Sanji strives to find this ocean of dreams. It is said that All Blue is found in the Grand Line. Zeff saved Sanji when he realized that they had the same dream of going to All Blue. Although All Blue has yet to appear in the series, it was first mentioned in Chapter 56 and Episode 26, where Sanji and some chefs discussed if All Blue even exists.
Who was Sanji confronted by?

Two years after he left the Vinsmoke Family, a ten year-old Sanji was working as a ship ‘s cook on the Orbit. One day, “Red Leg” Zeff, a pirate, and his crew, attacked the ship. However, both ships were caught in a sudden storm and sank. Zeff managed to save the young Sanji from drowning.
Before the storm tore the boats apart , Sanji had cried out his dream to find the All Blue, which was why he was saved by Zeff afterwards. After the storm, the two were washed onto a rock outcropping, high above the sea. Sanji realizing that Zeff has sacrificed his leg for him.
Despite Luffy’s offer, Sanji refused due to his own personal debt to Zeff. After seeing Gin off, Sanji went back to work and glanced upon one of Luffy’s crew members, Nami. Seeing such a beauty, he declared his willingness to become a pirate as long as he was with her.
