Dr. Anish Shah was born in northern New Jersey and was raised in Edison, NJ. He did his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and graduated at the top of his class with Summa Cum Laude and Highest Honors in research. He then did his medical training at Saint George’s University. He was trained locally in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center an affiliate of New York Medical College, where he was chief resident in 2020. He has received awards for his research contributions to the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and holds patents for his entrepreneurial work in the field. During his residency, Dr. Shah received the Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Dr. Shah has particular interests in Robotic and Minimally-Invasive Surgery, High-Risk Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility Treatment.
