Dr. Isaac Vielma, MD – Panorama City, CA

I am board certified in both Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine. I work in the Department of Geriatrics, Palliative Medicine & Continuing Care (GPCC) at Kaiser Permanente.

I have a passion for education and I'm currently an Assistant Clinical Professor for the UCLA School of Nursing as a clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students.

I have also provided community education to physicians, nurses, ancillary staff and lay people in subjects such as pain management, symptom management, communication, hospice, palliative care and advance care planning.
