American Professional Golfer Bud Cauley sustained injuries in fatal accident
Dublin, Ohio (AP) — Police have provided further information regarding the incident that wounded PGA Tour golfer Bud Cauley and three others in Ohio.
According to a Dublin police report issued on Tuesday, 37-year-old David Crawford was driving at the time of the Friday night incident near Muirfield Village Golf Club, which also wounded former NHL Columbus Blue Jackets player James Wisniewski.
According to police, the automobile veered off the right side of the road, collided with a culvert, and flew into a huge tree. The automobile then struck numerous smaller trees before coming to a halt in a ditch.Cauley sustained shattered ribs, a collapsed lung, and a leg fracture. He later described the collision as the “scariest night of my life.”
