Captain Blunderpants decides to find a way to eradicate Captain Underpants so he can go back to absolute power. He apprehends his assistant, Melvin Sneedly. He explains that simply pouring water on him can restore him to just a helpless, grumpy principal. He then proceeds to shoot water from his upgraded Robo-Squid suit.
George and Harold are boosted up by their past selves and flung upward to Captain Blunderpants. They latch on to his leg, and snap their fingers. Captain Blunderpants turns into Nice Mr. Krupp, and George and Harold use the Robo-Squid Suit to send him and the other three Georges and Harolds back to where they belong.
Little do they know that every time they travel through time, they rip the fabric of space-time more and more. Eventually, Captain Blunderpants, the evil clone of Captain Underpants from the eighth Captain Underpants book, is brought back!
He then proceeds to shoot water from his upgraded Robo-Squid suit. George and Harold retaliate by shooting water back. They then realize the Robo-Squid can be used for far more than time travel. They begin to shoot heat-seeking missiles at Melvin’s Super-Soldier-Squid suit. He is temporarily downed.
Captain Underpants is back! So, the four Georges and Harolds venture with Captain Underpants to find Captain Blunderpants. Captain Underpants momentarily battles his evil self, but he is ultimately crushed and eaten by a zombie nerd. Helpless, the original George and Harold decide to zap back to exactly before that moment.

The Captain Underpants series was explicitly banned in some schools for insensitivity, offensive language, encouraging disruptive behavior, LGBTQIA+ issues, violence, being unsuited to the age group, sexually-explicit content, anti-family content, as well as encouraging children to disobey authority.
Although the first few books came out regularly, the ninth book, Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers (advertised in a teaser at the end of the eighth book), wasn’t released until 2012, after a six-year wait.
Currently, the series includes 12 books, two activity books, 11 spin-offs, and won a Kids’ Choice Award on April 4, 2006.
The third book, Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers, was released August 28, 2012. The fourth book, Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers, was released January 16, 2013.
What happens to Captain Underpants in the school?
As they near the school roof, Captain Underpants is grabbed by the Deliriously Dangerous Death-defying Dandelion of Doom while George and Harold land on the school roof. Hoping to save him, they reluctantly decide to give him Extra-Strength Super Power Juice.
Unlike the books, Captain Underpants acquires his powers after getting bathed in the Nuclear Toilet Water from Professor Poopypants’ Great Mech Suit instead of drinking Extra Strength Super Power Juice.
When the Wedgie Woman is defeated, George and Harold tell Captain Underpants to go to the school, get dressed, and wash his face. He does that and turns into Mr. Krupp again.
Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants. Professor Poopypants shrinks the school with the Shrinky-Pig 2000 and forces everyone to change their names. George (now renamed Fluffy) and Harold (now renamed Chessball) find Mr. Krupp (now renamed Mr. Pottybiscuits) and snap their fingers. Mr.
However, before he can do anything, Jennifer snaps her fingers. Captain Underpants then runs away screaming before trying to buy a cheeseburger at a local shoestore, implying that he found George and Harold’s fight with Zorx, Klax, and Jennifer offensive (as indicated by the warning from the Incredibly Graphic Violence Chapter part 1).
When the two of them find an intercom after the nurse is distracted off somewhere, a quick finger snap is done through the intercom speakers by the duo in order to for Mr. Krupp to become Captain Underpants.
Krupp, and he turns into Captain Underpants. He loses his cape and gets to safety.
