The 37-year-old American golfer, resigned from the PGA Tour on Tuesday(June 7) as he prepared for LIV Golf’s inaugural tournament.

Johnson is one of the top golfers who have decided to participate in the Saudi-funded golf league which comes with a juicy offer.

He was reportedly enticed away from the Tour by an enticing offer.

Johnson signed a $125 million contract last week, according to The Telegraph, though the length of that contract was not immediately known.

The 37year old  South Carolina- based American golfer happens to be the son of Kandee Johnson and Scott Johnson.

Johnson is known to have been raised together with his only siblings Austin Johnson, and Laurie Johnson.

Kande has been a part of Johnson’s success story since his infancy when she and her husband recognized his talent and made the necessary arrangements to find him a professional tutor at such a young age.
