Mindy Chandler Dies in Tragic Motorcycle Accident

Two people are dead after a motorcycle they were on crashed into a pickup truck around 2:57 p.m. Saturday in Wright County.

The Iowa State Patrol said Eric Gustafson tried to pass the truck as it turned left, slamming into the truck.

Gustafson, 52, of Thompson, and Mindy Chandler, 48, of Waukee, died in the crash.

The pickup driver was not hurt.
