Tijarious White Dies In Shooting at Valero Gas Station, Police investigate murder

The 39th homicide to occur in Austin in 2023 is being looked into by the Austin Police Department.

Officers from the APD responded to a shooting at the Valero petrol station at 1135 Airport Boulevard on July 16, 2023.

Tijarious White, a guy, was discovered by police at the scene with numerous gunshot wounds. White, according to police, died there.

The inquiry has established that White visited the petrol station as a customer. After entering, the suspect shot White to death.

The suspect was described by police as a “tall Black man with a heavy build.”
