The brothers were inspired to initiate an online fashion company when Rami successfully marketed a limited edition pair of Diesel jeans online.
The founders of SSENSE were awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young in 2014. Later, Rami was named Honorary Chair of the 2017 Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards in 2017.
