Former American football linebacker Glenn E. Cadrez (born January 2, 1970) played 11 seasons in the National Football League, mostly with the Denver Broncos. He was named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003. He played for the Denver Broncos from 1995 to 2000, and he was a starter in Super Bowl XXXIII as well as Super Bowl XXXII.
He was also a reserve in Super Bowl XXXII. When he was selected in the 1992 NFL draught out of the University of Houston, he was the #154 overall selection. He was a member of the New York Jets from 1992 to 1995, the Denver Broncos from 1995 to 2000, and the Kansas City Chiefs from 2001 to 2002. He was awarded the AFC Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October 11th to October 17th, 1998. He also presented “The Saturday Morning Blitz,” a sports talk programme in El Centro, California that aired on Saturday mornings.
The show’s primary emphasis was Major League Football, with segments on local high school football interspersed throughout. During the three-hour show, which ran from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Cadrez and his co-host discussed current NFL games, highlighted the night before Valley High School games, and spoke with former and current NFL coaches and team members.
