John Aylward was an American actor who died in May ,2022.

He was best remembered for his roles on ER as Dr. Donald Anspaugh and on The West Wing as former DNC chairman Barry Goodwin.

He was 75 years old.

Aylward’s death was confirmed late Monday by his wife to his longtime agent, Mitchell K. Stubbs.

According to her, he had been in a worsening condition.

Mary Field was his wife.

His kids are were not documented.

He was worth 6 million as of 2022.

He also acted in TV movies such as The Escape (shown above), With a Vengeance, and Stamp of a Killer. In 2020, he made his final television appearance in a recurring role on Briarpatch.

Over the course of his four-decade career, Aylward participated in dozens of television shows.
