It is heartbreaking to announce the passing of one of the most versatile rappers in America. He is said to have passed on at the age of 24 years.

Online rumors about 24-year-old JayDaYoungan and his father allegedly being shot in their hometown of Bogalusa, Louisiana, started to circulate on Wednesday (July 27).

He appears to have been shot outside a Superior Avenue house.

The Bogalusa Police Department’s Facebook page was the first to formally report an incident that appeared to match the specifics of the shooting. The rapper, born Javorius Scott, has since been confirmed dead.

We have been informed that Kenyatta Scott his biological father is in stable condition and has been transferred to another facility.

Detectives are currently interviewing witnesses and following up on leads. We’ll update this as new information becomes available.

However, the biological mother of the young rapper is not really known in the media circles.
